Do you take reservations?
No. Walk-in only — write your name on the paper outside and make sure your full party is present when called. The space is small and cozy, so waits are common but usually manageable.
Can I call ahead for takeout?
Yes — call (626) 308-9535 to place a takeout order. No online ordering is available. There is no delivery service from the restaurant.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. Savoy Kitchen is closed every Sunday. We are open Monday through Saturday, 11AM to 9PM. Hours may vary on holidays — call to confirm.
What's the best time to visit?
Arrive early — especially on weekends and Friday lunch. The restaurant fills up quickly. Weekday afternoons between 2–4PM tend to be less busy. Plan to wait during peak hours.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Savoy Kitchen now accepts both cash and card. Historically the restaurant was cash-only, but card payments are now accepted.
What should I order?
The Hainan Chicken Rice is the signature dish — ask for dark meat and extra ginger sauce. The Shrimp Roll, Creamy Mushroom Pasta, Curry Beef, and Iced Chrysanthemum Tea are also highly recommended by regulars.
